At NXCHPTR, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

- Have all original brand tags, labels, and packaging intact.

- Be free from any damage, stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

- The brand tag or original labels have been removed, tampered with, or damaged.

- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- The item is returned without its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video as proof.

Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. NXCHPTR reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Refund Process

Once the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Right to Refuse Returns

NXCHPTR reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, or refund request that does not comply with this Return Policy.

International Orders (USA & Other Countries)

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders, including orders shipped to the USA and other countries.

All international sales are final and non-refundable.
